Denver - about an hour ago. It actually hit the ramp

It may not seem like much from a screenshot or two, but getting away from constant urban noises, hums of tires on roads and that godawful background shout of oneupping into earbuds...Even for a quick walk around the MA neighborhood...Just does wonders.

Only the chirps of a robin or two following us around this pond pathway, and some leaves rustling as the curious chipmunk scurried away behind us. This is just north of BOS, up in Middlesex before the highways get too too loud.

Yeehaw. Been reminded of all my fun times in & out of DEN over the years (and subsequent diversions) watching these storms. Kinda glad I'm no longer dealing with that sans the commute.

Caught the Aurora the other night just out of NY. The bright green are LEDs from the battery pack on the headset - didn’t realize they were reflecting at the time.

I know it’s old hat for some of you but it still hits my sense of wonder when I see it.
