@ASpilot2be gave a tour of Portland the other day, which was great because I'm so tired of people talking about Voodoo

@Adler, did he take you to Latourell Falls? If not, then he gypped you big time (it's my fav falls along the Columbia Gorge). Next time, if I'm off, I'll take you out Highway 14 on the Washington Side (it's a prettier drive), and maybe up Beacon Rock. Glad you got to see some more of PDX.

Next time you're downtown and want something not "voodoo", go up to Pittock Mansion...you'll have a great view of PDX and Mt. Hood.

I'm SMH down here...but it looks like you made it up to Vista House, which is a really nice view of the area.

If you're up there on free time, Trillium Lake near Mt. Hood is the "cliche" picture...but it's so pretty there. Esp in the morning with calm water and the pre-dawn/dawn light.

Mirror Lake around Mt. Hood is also a great day hike. Increadible views of the mountain and a fun hike to get there. We use to go up to Timberline every year over the 4th of July and have our annual summer snowball fight. I really miss the PNW at times...
