Garmisch Partenkirchen Bavaria & Zugspitze

Absolutely my favorite part of the world. I lived in Bavaria for 6 years in my adolescence and feel like I should have been Bavarian.

That said, I've never made it up the Zugspitze. On my to do list.

I don't have pics but when I did my first solo it was out of Osan AFB in South Korea. Clapped out 172 holding short for a U2 to depart...freakin epic.

Oh hell, that's awesome. Too funny. At least you got to see her fly.

We saw the GS anywhere from 35-65. Never got above 65 kts. Took 3 hours to get to MTN.
