Last storm was fantastic. Bit over a foot new.

En route New Orleans to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We live on a very beautiful planet.View attachment 33732View attachment 33733View attachment 33734
Not enough snow here for true tree skiing either. I can barely walk up and down stairs and I've been popping ibuprofen like candy. This is at Alyeska, in Girdwood Ak.We had awesome snow but still need a bit more for great tree skiing. There were a lot of barly covered logs, branches, and stumps that knock your skis in directions you didn't want to go. Hit a stump I never saw that stopped my ski, ski popped off and I smashed my shin on the stump. Looks like half a baseball on the front of my shin. Got bounced into a couple of trees, all in all a pretty good day.
Also- where were those pics taken?

Also, last winter was so bad I didn't ski and I am super sore still. Even saw a little blue sky.

Jc ski club. I'm not even a pretend video editor, but here's my GoPro stuff from yesterday, complete with 3 or 4 crashes from getting gill netted by branches and logs-
Observe, the 787-8 and the 787-9. Probably a once in a lifetime shot at SFO, Air Canada was here for a one time swap after a YYZ turn canceled and they needed extra lift from the normal 767-300.
