No judgment from my end. I'd imagine the folks here are not the alarmist types such as certain other persons from some other obscure news website that tried to make a big stink about "dangerous" cockpit photo taking several weeks ago.

Nope. They go opposite when in skin/touring mode. That way you have that long edge if you need to 'ski' at times.
