Not saying anything about any body who wants one of this Brand. Only commenting that I own a World Traveler and it is the worst watch I own. Poor workmanship and no support. Dont flame me, I'm just saying.

I don't mind. I googled "Breitling World Traveler" and could not find anything for sale under that name. I started keeping any eye out for them after seeing this super factories documentary on Breitling. I'm not dropping that kind of cash on a watch of any kind for a long time.

@Nark, after being at Rucker since 01 Janruary I figured it was time to take a look around the museum. I didn't see a single worker, but now I'm intrigued to see the other hangar. I was impressed by the layout and how many airframes they had.

Thanks for the Documentary - I hadn't seen that.

I own 5 Breitlings - I get a new one each time one of my sons graduates from High School so that each will have one of "Dad's" watches. They're all various models of the Aerospace. My wife wears a MOP Callistino with Bullet Bracelet - the prettiest watch ever (our daughter will get that).

Don't shy away because of the cost as all of mine have appreciated in value should one of my sons get stupid and sell his. You can find bargains from time to time; I bought one at Oshkosh several years ago. Be very careful with online auctions, etc.

Again, thanks for the documentary.

Contain yourself @Seggy!

Got the model name wrong. It is actually an Antares World model. However, my comments on quality remain unchanged. As you can tell, I don't wear it, it just sits in watch winder.

Okay. This makes me miss Seattle.

I used to live on Dexter ave, in an apartment building on the back side of Queen Anne Hill. The ground floor of my building was level with the roof of the next one, so I used to sit out on the roof and watch sea planes, drink my coffee, read the paper. It was awesome. Spring and summer there are so lovely.

Those cranes on the right are on Harbor Island, which is where my office was...
