daily pic

Thank you! I am loving this experience. My captains are great about letting me make decisions and learn from them. I got a good lesson in winds and turbulence the other day. I will be sure to post more pictures.

By next summer I will move into the 207 and get a two weeks two weeks off schedule.

Yeah, I am certainly well rested. We get an easy 10 to 12 hours of rest each night. And pretty good sleep too. But still by the end of three weeks I am a little tired. Luckily we get Sunday off each week.
I still think your plane is odd... :)

There really has been no dull moment lately! Very busy. Pictures 3,4, and 5 are at old strip called bear creek. It is an abandoned strip. A lot of fun. The last picture is taken climbing out of Deadhorse heading for Fairbanks. Haha, our agents in the villages like to mark the side of the airplane. This is our route map from half my shift.

The distances you cover in that slow jalopy..... I cry when we have to do an ASC-ANC at twice your speed, and out of the weather where it's smooth.

She may be odd, but I still love her. :)

LOL. She really is a slow jalopy. The other day going from Fairbanks to Anchorage was brutal. There are days where I would love to trade places, but there are days I wouldnt. Those days are the ones spent down low enjoying the scenery.

I told you that morning it would be slow. 100kts or something at 18k.
