Not sure if I've just noticed it more or if occurrences have actually increased but it seems IYK and that stupid corridor have caused us more problems in the last month than in any other two combined over the last year. I've already taken the van ride to LAX twice in the last month and I'm not alone.

Did you tell Betty happy birthday?

Dude, I was stuck in IYK Monday night-Wednesday very AM because (1) someone refused to go out there with the wind 270/30G45, (2) they reflowed someone to IYK and then (3) that aircraft was late, so late they couldn't make the corridor. (It was actually pretty badass, lost 6:50+ and got paid for 100% of it. I like being a lineholder.)

And of course. I can't believe she's 75; she's far more lively than many 55-year-olds I know.

Oh also, it was a "voluntary" junior man that paid $large.
 
Sounds like it worked out nicely for you then, there are worse places to be stuck for a day than IYK. I've actually enjoyed being stuck there for a day or more. Not to mention you were getting paid son!

75? I'm jealous, she is having a more exciting weekend than I am with her skydiving excursion. We were wondering how old she was, with the things she has done in her life we figured she was anywhere from 50 to 130.

Oh yeah man...I've been stuck in some of them. Our FA got a massive reprieve on the reflow (on top of a reflow!) too and really enjoyed the rest.
