Can these things fly in IMC ???????

Is that 276ND? I have about 10 hours in that one between '05 and '07! Great to see it's still out there flying.

It is indeed. Did you fly it at UND? It's at a school in Bedford MA now. Had my first solo in it a few weeks ago. We also have 267ND at the school, so I'm pretty sure I said the wrong number like 759 times.

That is great! I did fly Sioux Seventy-Six at UND along with Sioux Sixty-Seven. I actually passed my private pilot checkride in 267ND in January '06.

Congrats on the solo as well. Those warriors are great airplanes. I'm glad they're still out there training.

Though a beaver is badass, it loss some coolness with that girly PT-6 on it, this changes that imperfection.

Fail! That is not a PT-6. That is a Garrett. It is a conversion done by Volpar.

I once waited for an IFR release on the ground in, I think it was Santa Monica, for 30 minutes because one of those was coming down final on the ILS. Of course SOCAL didn't tell us it was an airship we were waiting for but rather just said traffic was on a 5 mile final and we'd be released after they landed. It was kind of cool seeing this glow emerge from the clouds at 400 feet.
