Shrug. Technically, it may be. However, NOBODY in the floatplane business calls it that. Just like the ramp may actually be tarmac (thought not so likely anymore) but no one in the 121 world would use that term.How is that *not* a pontoon?

Kind of funny, even around here which is floatplane central a Caravan on straight floats with that composite prop gathers attention. I had 3 or 4 people swing by today to ogle it and ask questions.You might as well have posted a picture of a naked hot chick.

He actually rode in there while the plane taxied from the other side of the airport, where our hangar is. Supposedly he lives in our hangar.Wow.
