I see you know the way into the Duncan hanger I saw another picture of the Ford on fbook. That was being restored down in three rivers wasn't it? I forget. Are you finishing up at wmu?

My roommate may have access to the hangar and asked if I wanted to check out the Tri-Motor. It seemed like a good choice And yea... I've got like 6 weeks left at Western.

WOW! From that picture, it looks like that will be the nicest Tri-Motor flying. That thing is awsome.

It's beautiful. Looks like it's brand new.

It's running ''freight" to mexico.

Not a bad looking old bird. Just odd landing characteristics. Those 16ft props were HUGE speed brakes when they went into FINE.

We always flew the two stations on each wing. and this looks like an early O-2 before they cut the left window UP so you didn't have to continually stoop over to see out in a left hand orbit.

Crop job. It isn't super wide by any means, actually sort of limiting in some ways but I like it b/c it has been pushing me a bit. Working within its limitations have certainly been both challenging and rewarding. That Foveon sensor totally rules!
