This is a very nice picture of the crater thanks. Impressive with that shadow. I visited it couple years ago couldn't make an inside circle. Now I understand why GA is not flying in AZ around noon.

Saw this bad guy in Gainesville

That is one sexy livery. I believe the squadron which is a tactical unit, that flies those Hornets is based in VA and that they are also the oldest F18's in the Navy's fleet and were built in the mid 80's. Pretty cool that you got to see one. @///AMG I am correct on this?

Funny thing (not for the pilot) was he had to shut down after trying to leave for a stress test. Apparently he did a 8.1 G break in the pattern. An inspection crew had to come down a give it a look over.
