That's a good looking hangar
Where's that and do you have room in there?
Just moved my bird to PWK and freezing the t-tail off on a tie-down

Question for you... On other airplanes with PT-6's the prop always feathers on shut down as the oil drains from the hub or if you put the props in feather manually before you shut down. Why is it that I see some Twin Otters with their props in fine pitch? Are there pitch locks or something? What is the purpose of keeping them in fine pitch?
From what I remember, there are mechanicle "low pitch stops" installed so as to help with directional control of the aircraft during start-up when the aircraft is on floats.
Sorry for the late reply, been a while since i've been logged on here..lol.

It's in Kenosha and there's plenty of room. However, I don't know what the going rate is. I could find out if you're interested.

It is a bit of a drive..
Logbook says the last time I was there was 1/27/2009. KUGN went IFR due to a snow flurry and we were in a VFR DA-20. stopped by in Kenosha to call the KUGN tower and coordinate SVFR with them. Fun flight.
There was a sad looking An-2 with Honduras registration sitting on the ramp ten years ago, wonder if it's still there
I need to swing by one of these days, but, at any rate, thanks for triggering all those good memories :)
