From last weekend, while I was up in MSP. I'm getting back into the swing of photography with the real-life camera, but I'm uploading to 500px instead of Flickr and that process alone will take some learns. With that said, these are still cellphone pics... sorry...

Crossing the Mississippi on Hennepin Avenue, facing SE toward 3rd Avenue. The Stone Arch Bridge is back there somewhere, but I didn't have a chance to walk it.

Target Field. The Twins beat the Astros, 3-1. I don't care about either team...but walking through the stands was a nice evening. This used to be the warehouse district, according to some locals i sat next to.

WHOA! Where is this...and how does one make so much $$$ as to afford this...

Two islands in the Thousand Islands part of the St Lawrence Seaway. Technically in the USA. Constructed started in 1902 as one of the largest private dwellings in the US. Builder was the Gen Mgr of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NYC and the Bellevue Stratford Hotel in Phila. A present for his wife. She died while they were under construction, and he lost interest, abandoning the project. 75 years later, the St Lawrence Seaway bought them for a buck, and have been restoring them. Open to the public. Check out more pictures on Wikipedia.

I haven't seen them, but they just jumped onto my bucket list.

University of Georgia, yes...Atlanta Falcants, not so much. (It's rare to find big time ATL fans outside the city, college football is King in the South)

Yes, but is UGA that good in football? ;) I wish they would spell dog correctly. :p Surely, the Falcons will be better with a new stadium!

Good enough to have 93,000 people in the stadium in Athens every weekend they're playing there ;)...and it's spelled just fine, apparently the Univ of Washington thinks so (they spell it/say it the same way).
