I call it "Truckstop International." A crop-dusting field open enough that we could taxi over to the 'pilot' station (truck stop) next door if we wanted too. There is also a public road crossing the runway about midfield. "M28 - Hayti, MO"

Whenever I fly through here I always hope that my engine starts running "just a teensie weensie bit rough" so that I can go get a landing in at Meigs and sue the city when their muddy field causes my plane to flip over.

I love getting back .4 early on a planned 7.0 trip and getting to hold for 15 mintues so that we can actually land with 7.0 Hobbs to meet the Part-141 Unit requirements.

If you look real hard you might be able to see the UA/CO dispatchers waving from the Sears tower. Its the floor that has all the shades down (looks like a black horizontal line)

Two Michiganders meet in the Islands. This immaculate Travel Air was resting at MYAS when we flew in a few days prior, and happens to be based out of Michigan. Small world aviation is.

Got the opportunity to fly in the back, and right seat, of this incredible machine to and from the islands. The King Air 350 is an awesome aircraft
