Daily life as an airline pilot

What airlines have 7 + day trips? And how senior are they?

Delta has them. They are on the 747 and 777, so seniority is relative. The junior guys in category get them, but those categories are senior to Methuselah.

I, TWP, do solemnly swear to protect and uphold the contract, and to be scheduling's property until the end of my 4 day. I also promise to complain about every little thing, as much as possible, as a sign of good faith toward my aviator brethren. I will pretend to be miserable at a job I mostly enjoy, because complaining is fun, so help me Bob Hoover. Amen.

^The only description of the job you need.

On the international side, often.

Some folks love the long international trips (me), some people hate them. It really isn't a matter of [(senior)/(junior)]+ity at my shop.

In other news, February schedules came out and I got bought off a trip for OE, so I get 17 consecutive days off to end and start the month. Can't hate on that at all!
Ya well I'm on 22 consecutive days of reserve. Beat that. Yes by choice.

I hope they give you a highspeed in recovery. Wait you don't do that?
