@Cruise ... is a standup guy. Had lunch with him today when he had some down time at TPA. Even gave me a tour of his A320 ... my first visit to an Airbus cockpit ever. Another awesome impromptu meetup with a JC member.

He's a stand up guy. Like me, on occasion, it's difficult to tell if we're standing.

Yeah, man....glad it worked out. I had a blast, thanks for the get together....It was a great way to spend hours of airport appreciation!

Nah, not all MEL's......we just use the stickers to track DMI/ NEF's as well. In fact, not a single true MEL there....seat trim, cargo trim, pax seat tray table, etc... Also, one was a CDL for an exterior hydraulic access door.
Frankly, it is a terrible way to track those items, and it's being addressed; but for now, that's the way it is.

I never got an A320 cockpit tour......what a jip. :)

Maybe they're afraid what's going to happen if the other pilot is a "Zoomie".

Do you know how hard it is to get blood out of an epaulet shirt? :)

I think @Derg might be on to something. :p That or Murdoughnut has one of those fancy badges that permit access to special areas of the airport where we met.

Guess we'll have to work on that next time in Phoenix.....you must have some access w/ the ARFF stuff, right???

Before people get all crazy......it was sporting clays, not real birds. And it was a great day of fun, although my shoulder is getting sore. Hadn't picked up my shotgun in years.

But hey, the best part was showing @lostplanetairman how it's done. :p Wonder if he shared his scorecard with you?
