Looking for a CRJ instructor. Must have experience teaching at an airline or 142 training center.
$400/day + expenses must be willing to travel to South America.
Thanks!
Plus saying "South America" is pretty vague.

Oh, come on. It can't be that bad...

I agree and I'd put working/living arrangements a bit high on employment reasoning...just saw a funny picture and thought to make light of somethingOh, some of it could be awesome...some of it could suck. My point was just that it was pretty vague. It would be like saying "you must be willing to date a girl." That might be a good thing, or you might want to climb out the bathroom window in the middle of dinner.

I've found that the best way to convince someone to pay more is by showing you just don't care when they throw you a low ball offer. They quickly see the reaction and realize you're not playing games. When I first started almost two decades ago I'd stress about charging the customer for the actual time that I flew with them thinking I had to give a discount. Now I just tell them how much it is and if they dont like it, I say no problem, I've got more business than I can handle and walk away. Funny thing is they seem to usually call back and never question your rate.Sorry for the delayed response. The contract is in Bolivia, there will be a rotation with two instructors to provide initial and recurrent ground school. The pay isn't huge and I'm trying to tell company owners it will be hard to retain people at that rate... May be able to get higher if we can persuade them.
Drop me a pm if interested.
