CRJ Drivers - what kinda flight bag do you carry?

Come on Tram... somewhere a cow just died so YOU can have a leather flight case.

Scott Leather is pretty sweat if you have the lettuce.

BobDDuck - Leather just isn't.. my bag.. baby.. ;)

GaTechKid - aaandd it fits in the slot in the CRJ? Man, this is neat... I get to carry a bag and not have to store it in 1A like we did on the JBall.. :D

I think we'll get the -900s. If they go to Colgan, someone's gonna set fire to HQ in MEM. Seriously.

I'm planning on getting the Purdy Neat leather bag when I get some more cash. For now, my cheapo Office Max has held up for more than a year with no signs of slowing down.

Trust me, Kell...I was feeling pretty good about that bag too. Then, it just falls apart. A lock broke on it (I hardly ever even locked the thing, but it won't shut now), a wheel is falling off, and the handle won't fully retract.

Of course, that was after almost 2 years of freight...

Ahh, the magic of not having to lug that around any more!!!;)

The CRJ flightdeck was designed around that particular flightcase. Little known fact. :D

If you are going to get the Scott bag you should consider another kind for a similar price from http://www.coyoteworks.net/

It has metal on the bottom so that you can slide it around and the bottom won't wear out and also there is fiberglass in the top so it doesn't start to sag.

Thanks for the link, Nick..

I really don't want a leather bag though.. I'd like to get one of the nylon bags..

Having gone through... well, several.... of the "leather" ones (that I don't think were leather, but that's another story...), metal reinforcement would seem like a good idea...
