Crew Room question...

I'll trade ya back! Aren't the C gates soooo nice? Well, I think they're much better than the north ramp cluster#### and having zero (0!!) jetways.

Just trying to keep their gates, will be replacing the E17Xs with 190s as they come online.

Yeah, I won't go use our quiet room if I'm on hot reserve. God knows what you'd see with a black light in there.

Actually, despite DUIuggie's insistence they were growth airplanes, the 190s are replacing the 737s.

Rumorville Central is what I call it. I dare anyone to make up some silly rumor and see how far it gets in a week. For instance, "I heard we're starting up a base in XXX to support our new mx base." IN two days it will travel through the company.

Let me guess.....Boston!:D:cwm27:

How about the younger sisteren? Heck, I'll bet the Colgan crewroom is prime stalking ground for cougars!

Brethren also means 'members of the same group'.

I know you're going to say it means brothers too, which would be correct. But, 'fellow members' happens to be the first entry on dictionary.com and websters online.

Heard this bit o' logic some time ago (as a joke)

How to tell if you started a good rumor:
- The rumor was starting in the morning and its beats you to your overnight

-------------------------------------

And oh yeah about that LGA MX base.....we totally have a MX Freq there now....its growing fast......... :) hahahaha

I've only started a rumor once.

Four days after starting it, the Senior Director of Flight Ops had to put the rumor to rest on his weekly voicemail. It was awesome.

I can only imagine what that rumor might have been! :laff:

I think I remember that one.

Ha! I made the voicemail, too. It was back in Feb. when he was talking about making sure you're not too early arriving into a station. That one was all me!
