Hey guys,

I am interested in renting out a crash pad to fellow members of the Aviation Community. I have a 14 storey penthouse 1 BR apt right next to the airport (In fact you can look out and see the runway 08 & 10

It's located on the main strip in Isla Verde Ave, right next to Chili's, Lupi's and all the main restaurants and bars. It is a safe and secure location. I have a futon in the living room that I am renting out for $40/night. PM me if you are interested or know someone that might be:

Here are the pics:

I might even be able to pick you up from the airport as I do work there :) (time/schedule permitting of course)

Lol. I take it that you've been there? I haven't had the chance to check it out yet, but might do that one of these days...

The apt is a 1 BR with a futon in the living room, As I am living in it I am renting out the futon :) But for someone who needs a place to stay in this part of San Juan (Isla Verde) right across the airport, I don't think you can beat the price. The apt building does have a laundry room, pool, etc and is on the main strip in Isla Verde walking distance to bars, (there is even one in the building) restaurants, casinos, beach etc... Same thing as crashing on a bunk bed if you ask me, and better than hotbunking, imho as atleast you will be the only one using it :)

So, if you rent it, and you need it, say 10 days a month, the rest of the month it would not be used? Just asking. If your schedule is different all the time, how can you know what days you will need it?

Crash pads in NYC run 180-275 a month and you can use it the whole month if you had to. I paid $190 for mine 10 minutes from JFK and we only had 5 guys in it. It was rare to see anyone else if I stayed there. It had Direct TV, phone, bath, etc..
