Piece of Trash
While I do agree that the morals here in the US tend to lean more towards the puritanical side, I happen to agree with AA's decision here. Here's some more food for thought. It's summer travel season, so I can guarantee you that a lot of the pax on that flight had small children. Think they want their kids exposed to that yet? Why force the issue on them when they're not ready, especially on vacation. There comes a time when you have to pick your battles between free speech and honoring other people's sense of decency. An airline flight in the middle of summer on is probably not the best place for this. If the guy was at Disney World, he would have gotten the exact same option, turn the shirt inside out or leave. They even gave him the option of turning it inside out, and he refused. Based on experience with passengers being removed from flights for various reasons (and "I'm suing Southwest" is no longer a valid threat for me. I've heard it WAY too many times), I think they're is probably more to this than what's being reported.

Here we go with "It's Clinton's fault!" /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif I think that little episode darn near cost him his political career, and it DID cost him the respect of a lot of people in the nation......
