Corporate Pay Rates

I may have an FO position lined up for a corporate gig and if/when I am asked on pay rate I want to be ready. I don't know 100% on what they fly, but I do know they are different sized aircraft. I am just curious what type of hourly/salery rates there are for large, midsize, small jet to ME tubine if anyone is will ing to help.

I heared a random number of $100/hr for the place I may go to, but am not sure if that is the proper pay rate. Also I don't know about any benifits or average flight time a year as the finer details wont come till the interview.

Most corporate (part 91) gigs do not pay by the hour but rather offer a salary. Check professional pilot magazine salary survey to give you an idea of the average payrate for seat and equipment in your region.

My CP just laughed when I brought him the survey at my last review:( Has anyone else used this thing as a bargaining chip and actually seen results? I figure I'm working for less than I'm worth -- and the company's getting a captain qualified for 9 different aircraft for less than the price of one:insane:

Thanks for the replies. The survey will give me a good idea on a salary.

Glad I was able to bring Zap out from the shadows for a post too!
