Politicians should be REQUIRED to take public transit to work and their kids should be REQUIRED to attend public schools and serve in the military. I think you'd see a much different attitude in Washington if this were the case.
I would add that their pay should be set at the minimum wage & that we take away their fat pensions & give them solely Social Security. Oh, and make them receive there health care at VA hospitals.
