Cool video of AF crew flying through T-storm

Cameras pick up the range of visual frequencies a little bit different. The professional camera would maybe pick it up better, this one might have been just a regular camcorder.

What type of aircraft is that?
 
There were references to the "boom" so I'd guess a KC 10 or a KC 135. <shrug>
 
That looked liked all kinds of fun. I'm surprised the autopilot didn't kick off. I know ours would have with some of the hits they were taking.
 
The guy who flew videoed this posts either here or at FI or somewhere else I waste time at..
