Contacts at Jeppesen?

Hi everyone.

Ive been trying to get in contact with Jeps @ DEN for about a fortnight now. Emails have been ignored and when calling the number of their website it goes straight to voicemail.

Does anyone have any other contacts or know whats going on?

Im enrolled in their January course and the questions I have are pretty time sensitive visa ones so really needing to speak to someone. Also the radio silence is general is just a bit of a poor show, shouldnt take this much effort to speak to someone.
 
Last I know is the manager of the program left due to the changes and it wasn't going in the right direction and he has created his own sort of Networking Group, though not sure but what I believe is some of the instructors may have left as well and are helping him get going what he is starting on his own. I have not heard they shut down the program, though it’s definitely needing reshaped with all thats happened with them being sold and some leaving the program.

This was created by the man who was the director / manager of the Jeppesen dispatch school. Great guy. He has left Jeppesen due to negative changes, but created this new aviation network for any and all careers, and hosts a new dispatch course and certification. He still posts when airlines of all types are hiring both domestic and international, especially if you connect on LinkedIn or follow him. Pretty neat concept and I wish him the best. Reach him here. I only heard about the manager / director leaving, not the actual dispatch course shutting down. But I am not sure. I would contact the man now running FDN that I posted above. He was the one corresponding to emails for Jeppesen when he was there. He can probably point you in the right direction now. Click on the link and contact him.
 
Honestly, I’d be stressed too if I had already paid and nobody could confirm the January class.

Since the old program manager has left, I’d contact the FAA inspector listed above before doing anything with the visa. I’m also connected with Airway Connect, so I’ll ask around the dispatcher community and update here if anyone has a current Jeppesen contact.

I was signed up for a class right in the middle of the change in management. They cancelled my class then gave me a tentative date for the next class. They were unable to confirm it so they decided to refund what I paid. I will say their customer service was very responsive and that I got my refund almost as soon as the decision was made to refund it.

I ended up going to ADA in St George.
