I used to live right near the one on Thunderbird - I was over on 19th Ave. Just stay away from the Macyo's on 19th Ave and T-bird and the DQ on the NE corner is even scarier! Although the "Peeing Panda" Chineese restaurant there (behind DQ) is pretty good (the name of the place is the atually Golden Panda).

I read somplace that every Fry's store is supposed to have a different theme. There's, apparently, one in TX someplace that has an "oil" theme complete with a mock oil well field!

The one by my pad has an Atlantis theme going on. The got some nice huge fishtanks. They lock all the pilferable expensive stuff up in those cages. Makes you feel like you're in a Vegas Casino and you need you winnings out of the money cages.

Eh who cares...

If they're anything toxic...well somethings gotta do 'ya in...and being the victim of a world wide government conspiracy sounds as good as anything.

Or...

If they're drug to make us all happy...well again, who cares. I know I don't after inhaling that happy, puffy, cloud that looks like a happy little bunny...la la la. Ahhhh.

Actually, I think there was an article somewhere that I read from a reputable source (meaning a newspaper that I would actually read before I let the cats use it as litter) that said that all the contrails from planes flying out of LAX were affecting the weather. I'll try to dig it up, but I have a feeling if I google it, I'll get all sorts of conspiracy freak crap!

That might be the NASA's SUCCESS program . (no, dammit, I'm not one of those chemtrail nutters)

I didn't see any mention of it here, but I remember reading about them circling a 707 over the Yucatan peninsula for half a day and, which caused an appreciable decrease the surface temperature and lighting.

You're right. There was an article. Some weather research group took advantage of the 9/11 groundings to do some atmospheric research (see there is a silver lining!). They found out that the mean temperature of the Earth cooled about 5 degrees over those two days.

contrails do have an effect on the weather (clouds do, don't they?)..

But what the crazy people are implying is it's some sort of super evil chemical being intentionally sprayed to kill us or something

Yup. I just tried to look up the article I was talking about (glad to hear that some other people saw it and it wasn't just me) and all I found was conspiracy theory stuff.
