you could try uploading it as your avatar (as long as you know how to resize it to fit the avatar specs).. or send it to me at kristie@jetcareers.com (make sure it's jpg) and i'll put it up for you.

Nope.. you still have to host it somehow! the only way to upload a photo here is to use it as your avatar, other than that - you need a host in order to link it.
