Should she disclose my employment with a competitor during her interview?

Not sure why it would matter. There are plenty of couples that work for different airlines or charter companies.

Why is it any of their business? A) They shouldn't be asking in the first place, and B) There is no reason whatsoever to volunteer that you even exist in an interview. Has nothing to do with the job.

Only admit to what can be proven.

Great rule of thumb here: Do not answer what you haven't been directly asked. Generally do not answer MORE than you've been directly asked. Be 140 character Twitter, not 280 character Twitter.
