It's been a couple years since I was hired but if I recall correctly the initial phone interview is more so your typical HR questions of name a situation when...etc.. However, for the in-person interview, it's going to be more dispatch specific questions like reading charts, understanding weather, knowing your basic FAR's, etc.. Hey THX for that. I am writing down a bunch of usual questions. what is the smart answer to why do you want to work here? what are they wanting to hear? I could take us out for drinks to ya fav spot if we ever meet up. sending ya some $ would be to cliche and boringI used to have a copy of the actual interview questions...............i think i still do.....
