I don't get it? I'm just looking for some help.
It's more the way in which you are asking for help, indicating a lack of effort on your part to do the most basic amount of online research or type a complete sentence, that is causing people to become frustrated here, I think. The other individual that
@DispatcherSam mentioned has a habit of doing the same thing sometimes. Let's look at the post I replied to:
will this compass hire with no exp?
See, to me, this post indicates that you have no idea what Compass really is (A regional airline for Delta, formerly a regional for Northwest) so that also indicates you haven't even done a Google search on them and looked at their
Wikipedia page (which would take less than five minutes to read through) or their
website, and also that you are too lazy to type a proper sentence out, or spell the word experience. (Seriously, if you do go to dispatcher school I'd advise having a friend look over your resume before mailing it out.)
Many of your posts here far, to me, are the online equivalent of showing up to a job interview in flip-flops, t-shirt, shorts, and with a cap on backwards. I know this is just a message board, but communication (both verbal and written) is a key part of the job, and you do not give the impression of being skilled at it when you type out requests without proper capitalization or grammar. Had your post been written something like,
This looks like a very good regional airline! Do you know if they hire dispatchers without any experience? it would not have generated any negative responses. That being said, we did still answer your question. Also, props for your last message (the one I quoted) being typed out with capitalization and correct spelling.
Good luck in your future career!
