Commuting to Vegas from SLC, PDX, or SEA.... difficulty?

Hey everyone, thanks in advance for helping me out. I got a new job based in Vegas and plan on commuting from either SLC, PDX, or SEA. Right now I live nowhere, so I'm moving for this new job and want to factor in commute difficulty on my decision on where to move.

I've been told that the SLC-LAS commute is a piece of cake. Lots of flights and lots of room. I even heard of someone who sat reserve in salt lake who was LAS based and would just hope on a flight if he got a call. Seems insane and I think he got bit once and doesnt do it anymore but it kind of underscored how easy the commute is.

Can anyone back that up or dispute it?

Also, what are your thoughts on commuting to LAS from PDX or SEA? Hard, easy? I looked at flights available and they both have a lot, but ive heard SEA is difficult? Why is that? Full loads?

Thanks for your help.

LAS is a pretty easy commute. PDX would be the only one I might see as a challenge. SEA and SLC have a ton of flights throughout the day.

Nah PDX and SEA would be easy. SLC not so much as a lot of RJs on that route with Delta.

They might have changed it then -OR- they have RJs at certain times of the years and real airplanes the rest.

Also consider you can drive slc to las of necessary.

He is going to be working for a company with a contract. If he protects himself he will be fine esquire.

I have done sea las commute for few months. Watch out for Friday sea-las and Sunday las-sea flights. I mainly used Alaska as they have more flights and bigger planes but southwest does the flights too. There is always an option of double legging too. Only once I had to do sea-Bli- las and that wasn't bad

Sprit runs Pdx-las daily I think.

They do.

I did pdx-las quite a bit when I lived in pdx because I have some family in las. Never had any problems. Lots of flights to chose from.
