Industry standard.

I'm unsure of how this will work, besides not well. My base month is Nov, will I be sent to a Dash PC early, given the option or ? I know the company and the union are still figuring this all out. But, I wouldn't mind some time off around the holidays :)

And yes, I will have to do a Dash PC in November. I was planning on hanging around until the Dash was done, now that's pretty much cemented in my future. At this point, I wouldn't mind doing one of the last revenue flights in the Dash 8 if it comes to that. Ending an era and all that...
