With a commitment to safety and quality, we are proud to be a leader in our industry.</p> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate phone systems, radio consoles, dispatch software, mapping systems, and related equipment to coordinate medical transport services.</li> <li>Dispatch appropriate air or ground transport resources based on request, maintaining clear communication with medical teams, public safety agencies, and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Provide detailed information on aircraft and ground transport availability, locations, and time estimates.</li> <li>Support flight crews by providing directions to landing sites and necessary patient information.</li> <li>Ensure proper documentation of all dispatch activities, including timestamps and transport details.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of referral sources and hospital locations, and interpret maps to assist with transport logistics.</li> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions with coworkers, medical personnel, and emergency services partners.</li> <li>Accurately enter and maintain records, reports, and daily logs within the dispatch system.</li> <li>Participate in company educational programs and assist with other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
