Commercial single add-on endorsement

Do I need to have an edorsement for the add-on if there was no additional training? The part 141 course I just completed has you go through single and multi training, then you take the multi checkride, followed right away by the add-on. The course is not designed to have training between the two checkrides.

I checked my logbook and have just one endoresment. So I feel that was only good for the multi checkride. I'm thinking I'm going to need a new one for the add-on. My instructor thinks differently...
 
Yes, you will need an endorsement. Every checkride, except the ATP, must have an instructor's logbook endorsement as well as a new 8710 application signed by the same instructor.
 
That Culver's is some good stuff! I got to eat there twice last month on my trip home.

Oh yea, you need a new endorsement.

Some instructors cram multiple endorsements into one. The add-on reg is 61.63. If the endorsement references this, it may be ok.
