As a general rule of thumb, take your regular premium and multiply it by 3 or 4 times to estimate what a commercial policy would cost.
Dual only I paid $1700 for a TW this year. For solo pilots it would have kicked up to about $8500.
Even if you start a business in El Paso I don't mind giving someone a piece of my mind... wait... that's not what you said.Holy crap!!! I know TWs have higher incidents of landing mishaps, but that is crazy!!! I need to fly out there one of these days, buy you lunch and pick your brain. Don't worry, I'm not looking at starting any biz around Texas!!!
Shoot, maybe do a little acro fun too!

Hmmm.... I'm surprised that's all your broker offered. They are quite common in the TW world. How did you manage to get a "dual only" policy? I've heard of these and tried to get one myself, but my broker said it didn't make any difference if I only wanted to give dual. They could only quote for open rental.
