Commercial Check Ride Fail.

While technically a legit airworthiness item, I still think that was a bit toolish on the examiner's part to bust the applicant for that...unless there is more to the story.
 
Why should you even pay a DPE until his/her work is done. Why is it that they collect cash once they sit at the desk. The whole thing is a scam.
