Come on in...see the stupid

We empower this crap as a society in many areas.

Instead of telling people to "grow the (deleted expletive) up," we entertain nonsensical, whiny complaints about non-issues and validate them by giving an audience to the whiner.

I have taken 911 calls from people who have a deer in their yard or a squirrel on their porch which "could ge rabid." I HAVE to send a cop, funded by the tax dollars of rational people, to placate idiots who forgot (or never learned) the give-and-take of life or its associated priorities. Someone cut you off on the highway? Flip 'em off and turn up the radio. Throw a spoon at the damned squirrel on your porch if it bothers you. Consider that the airplane will be gone in thirty seconds, which is FAR less time than I spend with your whiny child who wants a candy bar in the checkout line at Hannafords.

May God/Allah/Krishna/The Flying Spaghetti Monster protect us from the proliferation of this nonsense. How I hope that Surf Air is successful and triples (or more) their number of flights!

1650 is a realistic minimum. On climb out anywhere from 2300 to 2000.

Fastest ive seen Garrett props is in the high 1500s.
Wow! The CT-7s on the SAAB are the slowest props I have seen. 1396 is max, 1270 during climb, and 1230 during cruise.

Weak sauce. ;)

Dash 8 200/300. Takeoff 1200, climb 1050, cruise at a leisurely 900.

Pratts in my experience (from the PT6s up to the Dash motors) seem maybe not louder but more bassy, which makes them seem louder (and more powerful).

Launch a 1900 and Metro back to back and it's a very noticeable difference.
