St. Louis, Missouri:<BR /><br><br><strong>PDS Tech is seeking a Combat Aircraft Training Tech Specialist for an open position in Berkeley, MO.</strong><br><br>Active Secret clearance<br /><br />Develop Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Test Pilot and Flight Engineer curriculum, review curriculum for completeness, assess depth of material, and recommend improvements to the training program. Attend required scheduled meetings and participate as an Aircrew expert in a training team environment. Develop, update, modify, and maintain currency of curriculum to support platform specific training. Assess training, syllabus, and mission scenarios for effectiveness and recommend improvements to the training program.<br / style="text-align: left; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff;"> <br style="text-align: left; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff;" /> Provide analysis of existing testing methods and recommend changes to improve training baseline and measure proficiency of training objectives. Create lessons, review syllabi and recommend changes/enhancements to training agenda. <br /><br /> Experience as a Pilot or Weapons System Operator in the F-15E/K/S/SG/C is required. Requires minimum of 5 years’ experience as a high performance fighter/attack aircrew with appropriate experience as Wingman, Element Lead, Flight Lead, Instructor Pilot, Weapons System Operator; Flight Examiner, Mission Commander or Pilot in Command. Platform instruction experience is required. Strong communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Products is a plus. <br /><br /> This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check. If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.
