Comair pilot with stuck mic.

Didnt sound to bad at all really. Yeah there was some blah blah blah, but sounded like they were running through an abnormal checklist for a flap malfunctions. I know some checklist are poorly written at one company I know, and half of the stuff on there doesnt not pertain to whats going on. It could be saying something liek "if in icing" or "if this or that" etc etc, so the blah blah, although it sounded un professional didnt sound like that Toronto Center thing from awhile back.
 
I find it interesting that ATC tells him to climb and maintain FL230 and Comair reads back "heading 230".
