In all seriousness it is an extremely bad time to be on the bottom of anyone's seniority list. I would strongly recommend that folks stay put if you have any security at your current job. Let the airlines realign to the new oil reality before making any career decisions.
I'm not trying to stomp on anyone's dreams, but take it from a guy who has been furloughed several times -- you don't want to put yourself in the position of being someone ELSE'S furlough insurance. And the 50-70 seat CRJ with high CASM is probably not long for this world. IMHO
