Color Vision Testing in Minnesota

Flight Surgeon,

I am applying for a job and need to pass one of the following color vision tests:

(i) Pseudoisochromatic Plates (Dvorine, 2nd Edition; AOC; revised edition or AOC–HRR; Ishihara 14-, 24-, or 38-plate editions).
(ii) Eldridge-Green Color Perception Lantern.
(iii) Farnsworth Lantern.
(iv) Keystone Orthoscope.
(v) Keystone Telebinocular.
(vi) SAMCTT (School of Aviation Medicine Color Threshold Tester).
(vii) Titmus Optical Vision Tester.
(viii) Williams Lantern.

I am not able to pass the "plates" color test and am not able to find anyplace local or even within 500 miles of Minnesota that offers any of the other tests. I can pass all "internet" tests (except the plates) which gives me some hope I may pass one of the other vision tests. I have called over 2 dozen local optometrists and the local FAA and have had no luck. If you know of any places in the Midwest or if there is any help you could give me it would be greatly appreciated.

Call schools of optometry. Many have a Farnsworth lantern. If you cannot find one, fly to Phoenix and we will do the testing for you. We have people from all over the US come for this.
