Colgan Paycheck Issues

Who do u guys email nowadays for payroll issues ? I got a $50 deduction on my Jan 1st paycheck for UNIFORM. Now I did order a new uniform to conform to the gold Pinnacle ones, but I thought the company paid for that. I did send an email to Colganairpayroll but got no reply. Thx guys
 
Welcome to the Part 120.5 operation known as Pinnacle. Don't expect anything to go smoothly what so ever. They hire a lot of people to do next to no work, that are never are in their offices, never answer the phone, or emails.

Yep after I got hired at Colgan, I had TWO AF pay issues come up, replied to, fixed and direct deposited into checking before my direct deposit ever took effect at 9L. It's pretty bad. I know somebody that didn't get a direct deposit at Colgan until 10 months after DOH, that's 20 pay checks!!!
 
I'm only missing OE override... out of curriosity, did you guys check rainmaker? / what was it showing? I had some issues when i first looked, tabbed some comments and sent an email in... seemed to get it fixed for me.. but this was right when it came out.

are we able to get on rainmaker on non company computers yet?
