I have a few from ITVV and a couple from Harry's Cockpit Videos I think they're called. The ITVV video's go into a little more tech detail which is very good for anyone who is planning an airline career.

The one I have (of a UAL 777-200 flying ORD-LHR--purchased at Marv Golden's, incidentally) was produced by Just Planes Videos, their website is www.worldairroutes.com.
Production values are not quite as high as the Girls Gone Wild series, but it's still quite a good DVD for those interested in big iron ops. Also much to be gleaned from the CRM in practice.

Airsidetv.com is a great site. They've got a few interesting videos. The cockpit ones are alright.
