Coats

On the subject of spikey hair, there's really just one F/O I know who puts a ton of gel in his hair. Others do it too, but this guy uses a lot. He's a really cool dude though, as soon as he found out I'm working on my ratings he gave me his number in case I ever have any questions. Plus all the hot gate agents and other airline flight attendants are always asking me who he is after we talk. Professional? Maybe not. Does he get a lot of tail? Seems like it!

Is that kinda like Michigan's cheer, "If you can't get into college go to State"

:)

Yes, yes it is. Logically if you don't like UT and you're from Texas, it must be because you weren't scholarly enough to gain acceptance. If not, then you're probably just an Aggie, in which case your mental health prognosis is even worse. ;)

Anyone know what kind of leather jacket they have at 9E? Im thinking of getting one.

Perrone through the company, or you can get a "good enough" substitute, and likely no one will say anything. I've seen some pretty.....well, not even close, leather jackets worn by some guys. Personally, I think if you're gonna wear the leather, everyone should wear the same thing or at least one that you can't tell the difference from 10 feet away. To me, the only thing worse is wearing black Dockers as uniform pants.

Doesn't the company provide it--by that I mean don't they pay for it?

They might for "actual" new hires. For the XJ-->9E folks like me, we're paying for the the whole thing which is about $345 but payroll deducted with a deposit check to Pinnacle for $70. The rest of the uniform pieces that aren't "optional" are half off.
