But, I got it done again this year, today. One of these years, I won't be able to say that

C'mon, people celebrate their stage checks, written tests, soft field landings, lazy eights, etc. So I encourage celebration of your medical, too !

I guess you get to a certain age and you need to do a little celebrating at that time of year.
