I declined because I forgot I still have all the LOFT books but what he's asking is reasonable.

I'm not sure it really matters why? If you hold something someone assigns value to and have no need to keep, why not sell it for what it's valued at?

I bet FSI isn't too keen on those pubs being resold.

These days its all online. I haven't gotten and actual pub from FSI yet. This is probably one reason why.
