I wish Captain Caneman was still around. His videos were truly epic. They didn't even need Sail to make them cool.

I heard Chuck Norris is single pilot typed on the C650, as well as the DC-8 and others. No flight engineer required.

I know you were trying to act smart-alecky, but there actually was a two crew DC8 without a FE. Air Canada flew them for many years and then Asstar (DHL) bought some of them and brought them to the USA. The FAA wouldn't allow the two crew certification and made Asstar fly them with a FE. On the two crew setup, the fuel panel, electrical panel and other ancillary controls were still on the FE panel and the FO's seat track tracked all the way to the FE panel, as the FO had to do the preferential check after start and manage the fuel and electrical panels. The rest of the FE's stuff was scattered up on the main instrument panel.
