I rode the jumpseat home today and the FO is one of the chief pilots for a 135 operation in Florida.
He's looking for a pilot with 1500 total, 200 hours of multi-engine and previous Chieftain experience isn't important ("Heck, we'll provide the Chieftain time").
He wants someone who wants to stay for at least a year and seems to describe running an fun operation with good camaraderie.
First year pay is, as I remember, in the low to mid $30K's. They operate a Cheiftain(s?) and a 414.
