In addition, the Position of Chief pilot is responsible for the management of the flight operations of the FAA part 141 program at the vendor location. Duties include supervising assistant chief instructors, check instructors, and flight instructors. In addition, the chief pilot is required to work with the program coordinator on maintaining all paperwork in accordance with FAA regulations, including Training Course Outlines (TCOs), training folders, and maintenance information associated with the FAApart 141.
